Can you Read?

Can you read? Do you read all of your business mail? It is troublesome to read all the legal eee’s that consumers receive in the mail.  Sadly to say you better start reading your contracts and at-lease start screening your literature you receive from your venders.  The congress says it write the laws for the informed.  So you better become informed of your legal rights

Please read any contract before you sign it. Their are language used that the consumer must look for in contracts.
Always read the fine print first, because in it contains the most important information. The word “basic services” is an indication that there will be other charges.  Phrases such as “you may be required to subscribe to other services is a clue.

In the credit area you will see a phrase that states “we have the right to increase the interest rate at our discression
after giving you 30 days notice.” Also look for the phrase “If you continue to use this card after XX-XX-XXXX date, you agree to all the changes to your terms.”   I have more alarming information for you but this is enough information for now.  Stay tune and send your comments or questions of interest to me. Let us take control again.  Until the next heart to heart chat.  READ IT.

Take It back! 2

Last week we talked about satellite TV. In lue of the present economical situation, the issues we are discussing can help you save money. people are beginning to feel the money crunch. Many young adults will find themselves returning
to live with their folks if they don’t start spending money wisely.  Some families are approaching time to renew one of your long-term contracts. If you pay attention to what I say, you will redirect your focus to issue that designed to stress you out.

My problem with the satellite TV is the game they are playing with consumers. I don’t play games and I don’t like anyone playing with head. I have used cable service and all the satellite TV services. Cable is the one that wins hands up with me. Satellite TV picture goes out too often.  The company is trying to make consumers purchase more paid per View programming (PPV). I spend more time with satellite searching for something new to watch.

People its time to wake up. Stop beening jurked around.  Think twice before you sign a long-term contract. You are paying too much money for repeat programming. Showtime 1,2,3,4; HBO; East, West, North, and South; Star; blk, fmly and more is not cheaper. Know that you are spending money unessicarily with Satellite TV. OK, I didn’t get to the contract but next time. BE AN INFORMED CONSUMER AND CALL THE SHOTS.
